About Nicole
Hi! I’m Nicole Reilly, MD, LMFT. I believe that the most powerful way to raise emotionally healthy children is to become an emotionally regulated parent.
I’m a licensed physician and marriage & family therapist, and for over a decade I’ve supported individuals and families in understanding stress, emotions, and connection. Since 2014, I’ve taught Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and during the pandemic I led live, 25-minute mindfulness meditations to help people find steadiness during uncertain times.
Beyond my professional training, this work is deeply personal. What I teach is something I genuinely wish my own parents had access to when I was growing up. Like many of the parents I work with, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, triggered, and unsure how to respond — while still wanting to show up with love, patience, and intention.
Today, I specialize in helping loving, well-intentioned, but stressed parents learn how to regulate their own emotions first — so they can model these skills for their children. Because children don’t just learn from what we say. They learn from who we are.

How It Works
Day One
The moment you enroll, Module 1 unlocks. You can begin right away — and join the next optional live Q&A call, every Tuesday at 12pm Pacific.
Weeks 1–8
A new module unlocks each week, giving you time to integrate each layer before the next arrives. Emotion regulation is not information to consume — it is a practice to embody. Every Tuesday at 12pm Pacific, Nicole hosts an optional live Q&A call, beginning July 7. Attend when it works for you — calls are not recorded and there is no obligation to join every one.
Weeks 9 & 10
No new modules are released during Weeks 9 and 10. These two weeks are integration weeks — time to consolidate and practice what you have been building. Optional live Q&A calls continue throughout, focused on your real-life scenarios and questions.
After Week 10
At the end of Week 10, you will receive an optional invitation to join the ongoing Nicole Reilly Coaching membership — continued community access and ongoing support as your practice deepens. Entirely your choice, no pressure.

What You Will Gain
Understand how stress, perception, and your body’s threat response shape every parenting moment — before a single word is spoken.
See your conditioned reactions clearly and compassionately — where they came from, what they protect, and how to interrupt them in real time.
Build a practical toolkit — breathing, grounding, reappraisal — accessible in the hardest moments, not just in calm reflection.
Learn how your regulated presence directly shapes your child’s nervous system — and how to offer that stability consistently.
Discover why rupture-and-repair builds deeper trust than perfection ever could — and learn to repair cleanly, quickly, and with confidence.
Understand the five pillars of an emotionally resilient home and how ordinary daily moments build your child’s lifelong foundation.
“Joy and laughter are contagious — when you delight in your child, your nervous systems are speaking the same language.” Nicole Reilly Coaching
What People Say
I came wanting to better understand my child’s big emotions and left with skills that transformed how I show up every day, now as a more present parent. This work goes MUCH deeper than techniques. It changes the relationship with your child and your family at the core.
Nicole’s ability to connect with parents in meaningful and authentic ways was evident throughout her seminar. She invited families to see parenting challenges without blaming, reframing emotion regulation not as a fixed trait, but as a learnable practice — one that begins with the adult. By gently illuminating how an adult’s inner world shapes the emotional tone of the home, she helped parents recognize the quiet power of their own regulation. Her message deeply resonated with our community, leaving many parents feeling both relieved and empowered. This work nourishes not only children, but the emotional well-being of entire families and the relationships that hold them together.
